Welcome to our Reiki and Yoga services!
Our Reiki sessions are designed to provide a space for self-healing. During in-person appointments, you'll lay on a table, fully clothed, and listen to music in a safe and comfortable space. For distance Reiki, you can relax in the comfort of your own home and meet over zoom. During both methods you will find a sense peace and comfort that the reiki energy provides.
Our yoga approach is tailored to your needs and goals, focusing on breathing techniques and introducing calm into your everyday life. You will leave each session with a growing understanding of your body and yourself. Let us help you reduce anxiety, stress, and find peace.
